Great to be out surfing at @lostshoresurf today, which finally opens in Ratho on Nov 11. Europe's largest wave pool and one of the most advanced on the planet, right next to Edinburgh. I'll be back next week, with a 📝 to come later!
The @IsleofRum - biggest of the Small Isles - recently became Scotland's first @IDADarkSky Sanctuary. Only 40 people live here and 97% of the island is a nature reserve, so light pollution is at a minimum. A real pleasure to head back out - to look up 💫 theguardian.com/travel/2024/oc…
