That’s a wrap to my HS XC career! Can’t believe it! Looking back, there’s so many accomplishments I’m proud of- especially through all of the ups and downs…but that’s just part of my story. Can’t thank my coaches, family, and school enough for their support throughout the years!

Happy Sunday @fit_leaders . Decide to pull out an old interval workout I use to do. 2 minutes of running/1 minute of walking for a total of 30 minutes. It was all grit and determination for the last 1.2 miles. @StoneCoachrun certified.
