It's back to rehearsals this week for our concert on 12 November: 'The Glory of Castile and Aragon'. It will feature music of the Spanish Renaissance, with works by Cardoso, Victoria and others. The new venue will be the Church of the Ascension in Chelmsford; more details soon.
This concert is going to be really enjoyable, with arrangements of folk songs by Holst and Vaughan Williams, and some of Byrd's secular songs. Come along if you are able!
