REGISTRY CLOSED UPDATE 1/4/2021- The Suffolk County Registry of Deeds will be closed Monday January 4th due to a deep COVID-19 cleaning of the Brooke Courthouse. We will only be accepting recordings remotely, no drop box is available. We will reopen tomorrow, January 5.

The Suffolk Registry of Deeds is closed today. We will, however continue to record all instruments on line at suffolkdeeds.com. We expect to reopen on Friday December 18th, but are awaiting confirmation from the trial court. Stay tuned and #staysafe!

Courthouses statewide will be closed on Thursday, Dec. 17th, due to the expected snowstorm. All scheduled court events -- in-person & remote -- are postponed. The Judicial Response emergency system will be in operation. Details at mass.gov/alerts/trial-c…

The Suffolk Registry of Deeds will be closed on Monday, August 31, 2020 for a deep cleaning and will reopen on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. The only recording available on Monday is electronic recording which will be performed offsite. Thank you for your patience & understanding.
