I think their support system is out of service because I also tried all platforms to contact them to resolve same issue and it was of no use, I will advise you check this guy on Instagram @Asknathfixer8 am sure he can fix the issue because he also fixed mine
@ATVIAssist i just moved to a new house and after i started playing the game here i've gotten shadowbanned and i cannot for the life of me figure out why casue i don't cheat, never have and i only figured out i had limited matchmaking after waiting for 2 hours to get into a match

First account got hacked by hunain 9june he change some things I'n my account first days and at that time I make tickets to recover it but the ticket are sent to his email idk why and dosent happened after afew days he change everything and unlink my only linked account that you
Support system doesn’t respond to tickets I also had mine opened for months and they didn’t respond to it but I was recommended to #Asknathfix_ on instagram for help ever since he have been the one helping me out on account related issues
