In their second lesson of Alternative Games, Year 8 were playing Korfball. Korfball is a game similar to Netball, with the team being split into a group of attackers and defenders. A player can only shoot when they aren’t being defended by an opposition. Great work Year 8.

Yesterday, we were visited by fire fighters from Launceston Community Fire Station who delivered a talk to the children in the Prep School on fire safety. We had the opportunity to ask questions, have a look at the fire engine & even test out the hose! Thank you Ryan & Leon 🚒

Today our Pre-Prep children learned how to build a fire. They gathered dry sticks & leaves, explored how to use flint &steel, and practiced putting out a fire safely. We hope everyone enjoys Bonfire Night in a safe and responsible way! 🔥 #bonfirenight instagram.com/reel/DB_4glbI3…

The Prep School After School Football Club children enjoyed a game of ‘Lightening’, a fast paced shooting game where you try to knock out other players by scoring with a 1st touch. You can get ‘back in’ the game if you catch an over the goal shot or the ball hits the cross bar ⚽️
