I’ve been playing around with some #’s this week, trying to find some college metrics that correlate to WR success at the NFL level. I combined a few metrics- YRR, YAC/R, and Missed Tackles Forced per Catch. Other metrics factored in were aDoT and Route Running Grade (PFF). ⤵️

Sean Tucker’s first extended usage resulted in 247 yards from scrimmage (55 return yards) and 2 touchdowns. I’m not sure what to do with this info going forward but wow.
Of RBs with at least 25 carries, there are 13 posting a 50% or greater success rate in both Zone and Man/Gap concepts (light green). 10 on them are top 24 in PPR FPPG. 2 of the 10 are about to lose their starting jobs - aka undervalued, the other 3, probably also undervalued.
Keys that I’m looking at: - Initial reporting “not good” -Andy Reid stated “it’s not good” -Something is causing extensive swelling=very likely ligament damage, which fits Partial ACL or PCL (sign. sprain or tear) -3 Ortho consults needed Which is I don’t expect a quick return.
