$SPQS addressing our value fluctuation. State of DE registered the flying car merger slapping $SPQS with a $400k tax bill on $400 Mil asset. That merger did not take & tax is erroneous!.New law firm on top of it to resolve. More positive updates to follow shortly!

$SPQS We are proceeding with Canada e bike deal. New lawyer retained for paperwork watch for OTC filings.
$SPQS we just released the eBike info of the targeted Canada company. Plans include that these eBikes will be private label built (moving forward after deal finalizes) under the Sports Quest name brand.
$SPQS we are working on the Canadian eBike production and retail distributor research report (for our followers benefit) info will be filed with OTC shortly. It is NOT a finalized deal yet. We are keeping our followers updated via official channels not news type distributions.
