Working on better habits should feel like an opportunity… not a pain.

You have everything it takes to improve… you’re just bad at making the decision to jump.

Don’t justify habits that hurt you, make you sick, and hold you back.

Give up on what you think you know… I’ve found the best results with the people that want to LEARN!

If you yo-yo diet and can never keep the weight off... it's because you're too focused on your image versus your health. If you had more of a focus on your wellbeing you wouldn't have quit the diet...

Under eating will not fix the issues that under eating created! Get out of the under eating/food binge cycle.

Advice to my younger self: Try to make it fun.

The average person tiptoes through life hoping they make it safely to death

Parenting advice I like… remember that you’ll miss these days.

If you’re miserable you should be afraid of staying where you’re at. Because in 5 years you’ll be more miserable and older.

Keto does not mean healthy

You should NOT be worried about eating a meal at the perfect time BEFORE worrying about portion sizes.

Living a life of trying to control the uncontrollables is you forcing more stress.

Your giant expectations are hurting your results as much as anything. Because if everything isn’t perfect, you freak out… and those that freak out the least, do the best.

How to NEVER achieve your health goals… Change direction a lot.

Those who have their health and ideal body are the ones that freak-out the LEAST during plateaus.

Quitting is a mindset issue. You have allowed quitting for too long… to the point that it is now always an option out for you. Remove that option next time.

Trust the expert, not your emotions

Financial troubles are not actually financial troubles if you’re still spending money on crap you don’t really need…

Being a good coach means saying things your client NEEDS to hear versus what they want to hear. It takes guts to tell someone to do better.
