The only real value in opposing and defeating one or more of Trump's nominees. Defeating one or more would demonstrate that Trump could be confronted, and defeated, and it just might make future confrontations more likely. JMO.
As much as all this horrid mess is the responsibility of Trump and R's, we must also understand, that given power by the American people after the coup, we the democratic party chose not to use that power instead we dithered, cowered and made excuses. It is on us also.

Increasingly clear Trump’s orbit is too online. There are a lot of normies who have no clue about the world Musk RFK Gaetz Vance all live in and believe. It’s weird and dangerous stuff; will turn off the very voters they just won over who simply hated this current economy.
I had concluded that Trump was not an active agent of Putin, that he was someone the Russians had influenced, and compromised over the years, someone the Russians could influence but were not in complete control of....with these appointments, I am reevaluating my assessment.
