Last weekend both Jordan Stolz and Tim Prins did a 1000m race. Stolz: 16.63-25.04-26.62 - 1:08.29 Prins: 16.27-24.79-27.31 - 1:08.37 Prins skates the fastest 600m he's ever done at sea level, but Stolz wins it with a much faster final lap It's gonna be an exciting season!
At a training competition in Thialf today Jenning de Boo skated a 1500m, which he rarely does, and his start was incredible with 23.09s. Only 4 times has someone been faster at sea level, so he's in good shape! #schaatsen #speedskating
