positive reminder try not to be too hard on yourself, i mean look how far you’ve come. Whether you did a full day of work, went outside, got out of bed, ate something. It’s ALL important and ALL of it matters. Even if it seems small you still did it, give yourself some credit

if u think about it, we really were put here to shift. billions of people & yet little of us know that we can shift. even lesser of us choose to go through with it. whether we got here because our culture informed us or a dumb tiktok in 2020 did, shifting is our destiny & reason
library date? yes. cafe date? yes. museum date? picnic date? yes. reading date? yes. movie night date? yes. garden date? yes. art gallery date? yes. stargazing date? yesss! romantic date? big yess!!
I cannot “fail” a shifting attempt. Just because I didn’t shift doesn’t mean I failed. I’m just one step closer to shifting. I cannot fail.

To all the people that run those dr letter/playlist/candle/etc things….i hope you shift every try, both sides of your pillow are the right temp., all your devices are never a low battery, and your school and/or job isn’t a lot of work, y’all are really the best……♥️♥️♥️♥️
