New radio day. I bought the Ten-Tec Closet Kilowatt. I have a to-do list to work through before I can get it on the air. Looking forward to sharing my progress on this awesome station.
I'm considering buying my first base HF radio to replace my KX2 usage at home. The newer SDR radios (FT-DX10, FT-710) look very nice, but the older radios do too. Too many choices and decisions to make.
I feel like I am speed running Digital/FT-8 WAS with the help of DXLabs and decent band conditions. Up to 33 confirmed after a couple evenings of effort.
I'm new at DX-ing and trying to figure out how to QSL effectively. Do you use OQRS to QSL?
51 + 1 dupe today at @POTAspots US-8124 on #20m CW. This may be my highest rate yet for an activation. The weather this afternoon was sunny and 70°F. I had a great time!

I'm getting a new roof put on tomorrow so I had to take my OCF dipole antenna down temporarily. I'll put it back up this weekend. I need to get some pulleys and figure out a permanent install.
Last night I worked #PX0FF on 15M CW and then three minutes later @C21MM_2024 on 17M CW.
