We’re pleased to welcome a Schilling throwback: Dry-Hopped Erastus (Abbey-style Tripel). This modern take on our Tripel, Erastus, is dry-hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Citra to produce a bouquet of aromatics and flavors reminiscent of citrus and melon. Available this Friday.

We’re excited to introduce the newest addition to our Resilience line: Pierce. Named after one of NH’s iconic 4,000-foot peaks. This DIPA is bursting with tropical fruit notes. Expect waves of mandarin orange peel, pineapple, and grapefruit. Available starting this Friday.

We’re celebrating late fall with the return of one of our classic bockbiers, Burkhart. This is our interpretation of a traditional strong German lager, characterized by a hearty, balanced malt profile and filled with notes of dark bread, toast and toffee. Available this Friday.

Birra Portico—Italian for “porch beer”—is our Italian-style Pilsner. Delicate yet expressive, this lager pours a semi-cloudy, light straw color. Floral and lemongrass hop characteristics are balanced by lightly sweet biscuit notes from the malt. Available this Friday.

We're excited to welcome back our Smoked Helles Lager, Glimmen. Meaning “to shine or glow” in German, Glimmen pours a deep golden hue with a white frothy head. This lightly smoked lager expresses aromas of cherrywood and light mesquite. Available starting tomorrow. Prost!

Jakobus bears our standard as our signature German-style pilsner. It leans on Hallertau & Saphir for its hop character, balanced by a cracker-like malt profile. Floral notes accompanied by light bitterness guide Jakobus' finish to a crisp conclusion, readying you for another sip.

Our newest Czech-Style Pale Lager, Jalowetz, is a tribute to an early 20th-century master of malting, Eduard Jalowetz. Crafted with 100% Jalowetz pilsner malt from valley malt and whole leaf Czech Saaz hops, it was inspired by Jalowetz's, "Pilsner Bier." Available starting today.

We are proud to welcome the return of Karlův 13°, our Czech-Style Black Lager. Pouring a deep black hue with an umber head—this Černé Pivo brings robust notes of baker’s chocolate and fresh baked pumpernickel bread. 5.3% ABV and available this Friday in cans and on draught.

This week marks the return of Morrillbräu, a New Hampshire Landbier predominantly made up of local barley grown an hour south of our brewery at @morrillfarm This barley was subsequently malted by @valleymalt at their facility. Available this Friday on draft and in cans to go.

For our latest Pilsner release, we turned to a newcomer in the hop world--Vista. Notes of grapefruit, citrus and melon characterize its flavor profile. Vista is spunded for natural carbonation and lagered in a horizontal tank for clarity and conditioning. Now available.

One of our favorite lagers returns tomorrow, Augustin 13°, a special Czech-style Polotmový. Translated as “half-dark,” this lager is malt-forward with notes of toffee and brittle, exuding subtle hints of fruit. Augustin 13° is hopped with Saaz & Harmonie. Available tomorrow.

We’re pleased to welcome back Skåne, a Baltic Porter tailored for fireside chats in the fall. Named after an agricultural county in southern Sweden known for its farming of cereal grains such as barley and wheat, this lager pours a dark brown-to-black hue. Available tomorrow.
