Measuring toe pressures should be far more common. It provides info on perfusion of the foot itself. A toe pressure: >60mmHg is considered normal <30mmHg is critical. They’re also useful in leg ulcers when it’s too painful to do an ABPI ie normal toe pressure =compression ✅
