I love History! The people, the events, the undiscovered stories that carry so much hope! Those are the elements I love to write about.

#writers I'm learning from Steven James, reading Story Trumps Structure and Troubleshooting Your Novel. In 2021 I'll apply these lessons to two manuscripts that need help. What are your writing goals?

Do you give books for Christmas?

Great Christmas story!

Studying a NEW STAR linked to an eternal king ensnares Akilah in three countries’ religious and governmental power struggles. He must choose to protect what he knows of Jesus or stay true to Magi society and its religion. Either choice could cost Akilah his life. #PitMad #A #HF

Good luck with #PitMad, all you writers! I'm not in it this time, but working on revisions on a historical novel and time slip adventure. sandralynnereed.com

Who remembers the name of their first ever school teacher? Mine: Mrs. Toohig :)

Hoping to warm some hearts at Christmas? The Drive in '65 should do it. SandraLynneReed.com #Drivein65 #Memoir #roadtrip

What's the craziest insect you have encountered? When we traveled in 1965, even the grasshoppers scared me. #Drivein65 #amwriting #writing

Present tense usually irritates me. First person doesn't. #amwriting

Reading a book written in 1st person present tense and find my self changing all the tenses in my head to past tense. Not sure what I think of this POV. Do you write it/ do you like it? #WritersCafe

My memoir debuted on Friday!
