The Government of Sierra Leone must ensure that the role of the military is clearly defined and strictly confined to its appropriate domain. The military should remain in its barracks, focused on civil engineering, technical training.
Those who have proclaimed themselves as leaders of the free world, who coined the word “democracy” and defined its values, should look in the mirror and ask themselves if their actions truly align with these titles, words, and values.
“Sierra Leone of the 1970s and 1980s should not be the Sierra Leone of today. The Sierra Leoneans of today must not continue to live under the legacy of senselessness and hopelessness from the past.”
A political and government system where leaders ignore or fail to enforce ethical principles is like a skyscraper🏙️ without a solid foundation or central support—its collapse is inevitable.
The longstanding practice of weaponising Africa's political system for personal gain and the abuse of power by individuals, leading to the mismanagement of public funds by government officials, must end now. It is unacceptable to vote for a democratic system at the ballot box.

The Sierra Leone politicians are waging a war against their own people, by the deployment of military and OSD forces around peaceful, democratically elected governments. Despite asking the people to trust them with their votes, these leaders do not trust their citizens.
The Sierra Leonean authorities must prioritize the safe return of their citizens stranded abroad. Additionally, we urge the President to address the treatment of Sierra Leoneans by the Lebanese community in their country. We are deeply concerned about how our brothers and sisters
