Without having read the Haida Nation-BC agreement or seen a B.C. Bill, IMO, acceptance of fee simple on Haida Territory is likely the best the Haida could do since most First Nation Gov’t’s are accepting Re-Colonization as federally created Indigenous Municipalities anyway!
