KASIE HUNT: Over the summer you said, “There’s no vaccine that’s safe and effective”. Do you still believe that? RFK JR: “I never said that.” KASIE HUNT: “Play the clip.” RFK JR (clip): “There’s no vaccine that is safe and effective.” (March)

The last time Trump was in office, organizers fought and won to save health care for millions of Americans, take back the House, flip the Senate, and win the White House. The far right hopes we won’t have the stomach to keep fighting. But we can choose to prove them wrong.

The Speaker of the House is trying to cover up the fact that the person appointed to be Attorney General of the United States raped a 17 year old girl. It has been 10 days since Election Day.

NEW : Mike Johnson urges Ethics panel to not release report on Matt Gaetz, an unprecedented move since investigation is supposed to be separate from speaker’s office “I’m going to strongly request that the Ethics Committee not issue the report" Johnson tells @alisonkmain

Have you ever watched a baby die of pertussis? I have. Several. This is what it looks like: A newborn baby can’t stop coughing. They can’t catch their breath and they can’t eat. They get dehydrated and stop peeing. They sometimes have pauses in their breathing. Parents are…

Dear Media: STOP saying Trump "selected" or "appointed" a potential cabinet member like it's a done deal. He NOMINATES them. And they must be CONFIRMED by the Senate, as required by the Constitution. It's a presidency, not a monarchy. xoxo We the People

Never forget: Kevin McCarthy said, “I'll give you the truth why I'm not speaker. It's because one person, a member of Congress, wanted me to stop an ethics complaint because he slept with a 17-year-old.” That member is Matt Gaetz.

Watching Adkins v. Idaho. These women, who navigated health threatening and fatal fetal pregnancies are having to recount the worst days of their lives because of Idahos abortion laws. They are incredibly strong- but they shouldn’t have to do this.

Sure..but less succinctly..@CongMikeSimpson's "formal" response.. "President Trump has done an excellent job appointing selections for his next Cabinet and key administration posts—however, the nomination of Congressman Matt Gaetz as Attorney General is concerning..."

This.

As I told @propublica for this piece, these results from real voters won’t stop right-wing billionaires pushing voucher schemes. But let them be a marker of where those voters truly stand on vouchers—even when they back Donald Trump.

Election results show that vouchers are opposed by large majorities. But in some states, that sentiment has been overridden by the efforts of powerful governors and moneyed special interest groups. propublica.org/article/school…
