Technically correct, the best kind of correct. But thinking of the CTO as just an engineering manager is troubling too, the role needs to manage all tech decisions not just be an engineer parent.
Windows search fooled me, I wanted to start Steam but windows could not find it. Weird, but ok, I can install it, I pick a folder and it starts but get a popup that I need to stop running Steam so I can install it. What happened to Windows that it can't even find installed apps?
