tldr use koffing/weezing aggresively meowth and persian help you draw and delay allowing you to run one copy of jigglywiggly(tm) and make youself a 3 KO deck still you either roll over them with wiggly or set up for a coin flip most games
meowth and persian give you more KOs and draw as well as persian just being annoying. this can draw out games you would normally lose and let you set up the jigglywiggly (tm) jigglywiggly is the 1/2 punch you need to play less common cards and have a fighting chance
