Before a company brags about diversity and percentage of women on their team, How many of those are mothers? How many women do you know were denied jobs because companies refuse to offer more flexibility so that they are able to handle both a decent job and motherhood?
A few men in #Egypt have recently posted statuses "apologising" for their "transgressions" against #women. A lot of people have responded to these men "congratulating them" and "respecting them" for "coming out". "Coming out" as a rapist, abuser etc. doesn't make you a hero.
