Part of the network segment is back for few mins now. Still having issue with the 2nd IP range.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our upstream provider is working to fully restore service ASAP.
We are seeing some network issue with our Chicago DC. We are aware of the situation and trying to resolve it.
Things are looking better now. There is some routing issue at DC and they are working on resolving it. It will few more minutes.
We are currently experiencing a network issue at our Dallas facility. We are looking into this and will have more info shortly.
A significant portion of Colo4 (Our DC) is having trouble so rest assured, all efforts are being put in solving this matter.
DC is doing everything they can. All their tech are on site and they have also called vendors. They have updated that it's a power issue.
