so I finally got a reply on Twitter and then guess what!!! Ghosted again!! While they’re still happily promoting their ticket service on Twitter! So I decided to reply on their posts to reply me and give me back my money
I’m pretty sure they blocked me on kakaotalk so at this point I moved to twitter
they agreed to refund me but then they totally ghosted me so I called them out as scammers and they said this? Girl how is 350 USD an appropriate refund no one will buy that 700 qn even for the original price
they refused to refund me fully and only offered 450k krw when I paid 950 USD and their pricing for random qn is 500 USD so shouldn’t I get 450 USD?? And they said they needed the money to fly to Jakarta to exchange the ticket for me ???? wtf how is that my problem??????
