We absolutely LOVED our work out with a real life Paralympian! It was so interesting hearing his experiences, and we were inspired to work up and sweat and fundraise! Well done us! 🥵💪🏅🤸‍♂️

We loved translating sentences from Latin to English, just like King Alfred the Great did! It was one of his greatest achievements.

We absolutely loved our trip to Weston Park museum! We learnt all about the Anglo Saxons through analysing artefacts, hypostasising trough information we were told and making our own helmets and battles. Stay tuned for more pictures!

We loved learning ‘The Great King Alfred’ by Roger Stevens. We were inspired by King Alfred himself who loved knowledge, learning and language. He learnt a poem off by heart at the age of 12! It includes our key concept ‘legacy’ in its lines.

Mark 8:27-35 ‘if any of you want to come with me, you must forget yourself, carry your cross and follow me.’ In our class Liturgy, we decided to think carefully about these words through music and action. 🎼

We ♥️ library time!
