Preach! The residency regulatory process is broken, and family leave is just a small part of it.

The number of DMs I get from residents about being forced into unpaid parental leave should be an embarrassment to GME programs across the country. But also how do we set up a system to help these residents advocate for what they deserve bc single residency at a time ain’t it?
