Being kind to others is powerful, but remember to turn that kindness inwards too. Take time to check in with yourself, seek moments of peace, and give yourself the compassion you need. Let us know in the comments what you've done today to be kind to yourself or others💜

📢 Did you know that men are three times more likely to take their own lives than women? November is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. Lets change the social expectations, stigma, and outdated ideas about masculinity that have kept so many men from seeking help 💜

You've made it through another month. We understand the weight of this loss - the courage and resilience needed to take on each day - and we are so proud of you. As we step into October, let's take a couple of minutes to check in with ourselves and recognise our progress.

Thoughts of suicide can impact anyone. Over half of us who are bereaved by suicide loss will have these thoughts and, while they aren't a sign of a mental health condition, they are a sign of needing support. We can #breakthestigma through brave conversations about how we feel.

Losing a loved one is incredibly difficult. It's natural to want to help our friends when they are grieving but it has its own challenges. How do we know we're doing it right? We hope this short guide can help those looking to comfort their friends in their grief.

Creative outlets for grief can help us find the words to express ourselves when all else fails. Haikus are a simple but effective kind of poetry: 3 lines, 5 syllables, 7 syllables, and 5 syllables. We invite you to share your own haikus for your loved ones.
