We totally agree with you @chlmao Unfortunately, though we're sure @BerkeleyGroupUK will try to gloss over this sick comment, it's true. More and more homes are built, but many of the 'market' homes are financial assets as 2nd homes, for letting, for AirBnB, or just left empty.
