I have an Epson WF C579R colour printer. Good workhorse. In the 3rd year of use it ran into problems. I contacted @IndiaEpson on 3rd July. Was assured solution within 48 hours. No response so for. Escalated on 12th July. No response yet. Extremely poor service by Epson India.
