So when I received my vinyl the other day the insert that was supposed to be signed wasn't and I contacted support. They still haven't gotten back to me so I sent them another email. I'm gonna be so upset if they can't fix it 😭

Big Time Rush getting back together really changed my life. I couldn’t go see them back in the day.. Now, I’ve seen them twice & made forever friends through their reunion and got to be WWG. I swear they’ve healed something in me that I didn’t know needed to be healed🥹🖤
