Something has to be wrong with my Trials matchmaking. It can't be this bad even with a persistence card.
I feel like I've learned and done enough video editing to consider myself a decent beginner now. Still lots to learn but I'm enjoying all the small projects that I'm doing for fun.
I had another company switch direction and look for a different role while I was 3 weeks into the interviewing process. Really hate it when people do this.
So one of the companies I'm interviewing for decided to change the role during the interview process and now I'm no longer a fit. What a waste of time.

Whether it's accurate, it's given off the perception that many genuinely care about the community, product, and company. Then there are a few who have their ego above them all and they've taken the company's large brand equity and community's patient trust for granted.
