@IAMJHUD T-MOBILE, STOP DELETING MY MESSAGES. Still no response from T-Mobile. They do not care about their customers and much less protect their security and information. Horrendous customer service. They gave our SIM cards to two known identity thieves. They aid thieves.

My father and I just had our SIM cards copied at a T-Mobile store by a hacker impersonating my sister.The hacker’s name is Leinaala Simmons.T-Mobile removed me from my own account as requested by the hacker. T-Mobile’s solution; Nothing they can do without the verification code.
And the ID thieves continue since T-Mobile did absolutely nothing after giving copies of our SIM cards to the ID thieves. So T-Mobile is letting us know that the ID thieves have requested full access to our account. This has been going on since 10/22, and no help or support.

And there was already a fraud alert in place that I personally called on 10/18 to tell you that my father’s identity had been stolen. Again, thanks for not caring about the absolute mess you have created in our lives.
