Teruko’s arc felt forced and badly written the first few episodes of chapter 2, but eventually got better once the atmosphere got more tense because it felt more justifiable and realistic. Most of the time it just felt Teruko was just being a Bitch lowkey

I think Teruko being an inherently very flawed person is actually a really good thing for the series. The only reason she's so polarizing is bc danganronpa fans have a very surface level understanding of character depth
