A fantastic evening last night at the Marie Curie Brain Game in Birmingham where throughout the night they raised £80,131 for the brilliant Marie Curie Hospice. We may not have won the quiz, but we absolutely did win the best selfie of the evening with an impressive pyramid.

The University of Worcester’s New Teaching Building has received full planning permission. This is part of their phased development of the remaining areas of it’s Severn Campus in Hylton Road. Ridge have provided MEP and Fire Safety services as part of the development.

Some of the Birmingham office members teamed up with the Worcestershire Wildlife Trust and made the most of one of their Volunteer Days this week. Working up a sweat in this heat chopping down Silver Birch trees in the beautiful Blackstone Nature Reserve - Well done Team! 🌳

We are providing Health and Safety services for St Mary's Church, Bloxham. The church has the tallest spire in Oxfordshire. Recently, our Health and Safety team including Simon White attended site to review the CDM compliance of @SavvyOxford, the Principal Contractor.

Ridge Reading went head to head at bowling for their August social. We have some semi-pro's in the making for sure & some who ought not to give up their day job - luckily for us! Highest score of the night was 174 by Lewis & the lowest 43 but we won't name the culprit!

The Cheltenham team completed an impressive 2.5 hours canoeing on a 9 mile route across the River Wye, despite the unpredictable weather conditions. Well done team Cheltenham!

Andrew Selwood and Rob Sturla from our Reading office hosted their exciting Cycling Sportive on 28th July. One half of the group completed an off road route through Swinley Forest and the other half took part in a 51.6 mile on-road route before heading back to The Crown in Theale

🎉 Birmingham Office Social! 🔫 Some of the Ridge team took a break from the busy work schedule last night and enjoyed a well deserved night out getting stuck in to some thrilling laser tag! The event was a great success and as well as some friendly competition!

Ridge Leicester were thrilled to attend @Mellorschool for two days of volunteering. They worked extremely hard to transform a forgotten area of the school’s land to a wonderful garden space for the community to enjoy. A big thank you to Severn Trent for funding the project.
