Sat in the docs and an old man walks in asking for an appointment. Lady at the desk says to use the @NHSuk app. F*** me I'm only 35 but how the world has changed. You can't even ask for a Docs appointment in person anymore.
7 weeks no alcohol today. Not much to some but it might as well be 7 years to me 🎉
It's days like these I'm so happy I don't drink anymore. Saturday morning an awake at 8am feeling fresh and relaxed. Months ago I'd be in bed all day ordering a mcdonalds with a hangover.
6 weeks sober this weekend and even though it's a great feeling being more healthy wow is it boring lol
2007 I saw Prince live at the o2 arena. Floor seats right at the front. His tickets were £31.21!
Since stopping drinking I feel much better physically and mentally. I've been going for walks every day ,losing weight and just happier. Sure it might be a little boring at first on the weekends being sober but I'd rather that than waking up with hangovers and maybe dying young
Going from 15 stone in March to 12 stone 6 today feels good :) Only problem is 90% of my clothes are too big now 😂
