We all swear that the secret to their Cheddar Biscuits™ is their pre-war oven! Its been in operation since ‘39 and makes them extra flaky!
Our Grahamsville location is managed by my friend Linda Hibble. Shes had a successful run there! One of the most profitable in the county!

Our Red Lobster location in Yubbox is operated my good friend Dick Dillup. He left our Saratoga Springs location in ‘01 to manage Yubbox.
Judy just celebrated her 79th. Can you guess where she spent it? Yup! At our Red Lobster location just down the road in Yubbox!

When I look back on all the highs (the day I got promoted to manager) and the lows (the day Dick left) I can still say it was all worth it!
In fact, 24 years later the shrimp scampi is still the Tuesday night special at our Saratoga Springs location! One of Marlene’s favorites!
I remember my first day on the job. Knew it was a match made in heaven even though I went home smelling like the shrimp scampi!
