The OG xbox power on, the Gamecube, PS2, Saturn, Sega CD and PS1 have the best console power ups bar non. The music on the Sega CD's console BIOS was awesome.
A few examples for me: Unskippable cut scenes in many first party Sony games (especially if you've played it once on PS5, now replaying on PC) The beginning sections of both RE 7 & 8 (no spoilers, but those who've played know what I mean).
