Check out these amazing reads that made it on Amazon’s Best Books of 2024! bit.ly/48O30Yd

Book club meeting in an hour and change! Thank you to the owner of this once awesome social media platform and now hellsite of hate and garbage for burning $35B to let me share this! 🤠

Thomas Fuller lives in Moraga and we have his book in the store! This is a very well-done piece, and the book is both thoughtful and inspiring 🙂 pbs.org/newshour/show/…

TIL: Thorn, the old English "þ", most closely resembles "y" in the Roman alphabet (arguably, IMO). Since it was the old English version of the modern "th", this is why "the" was originally written as "ye". But because "y" is a different letter, we pronounce "ye" as we do. Weird.

Our one day sale with 20% off selected current bestsellers is today! We won't let an unplanned PGE power outage stop us :)

It is hard to believe this is it. Today is the final A’s home game in Oakland. We are running 8 car trains on several lines and will have 6 event trains for after the game. BART and the Athletics have been intertwined since 1972. Let's take a stroll down memory lane 🧵⬇️

Thank you for visiting our bookshop, Brian! That was a great and eye-opening conversation.

First bookstore event in California for this farm boy, and the only book left is the one I came with. So grateful for the support of so many who care about what’s happening to our farmers, and our food.
