His blessing is not based on our performance. His favor, His healing, His freedom, His mercy are gifts. It’s something that we don’t deserve. We don’t earn it. We couldn’t work for it. We can’t make it happen in our own strength. It’s His goodness.
Whenever I hear the statement “women can’t have it all” I always agree. We can’t successfully be mothers, partners, and working women, one thing has to suffer. And often times it’s our work and individuality that do. But then how is it that men can have it all and we can’t?
You do not need to explain yourself to people who are committed to misunderstanding you. You do not need to explain yourself to people who are intentionally being nasty to you. You do not have to explain yourself to people who don’t see the world the same way as you do.
i just want ppl to realize that just because you judge yourself on something does not mean that you need to project that judgment onto others in order to get them to judge themselves the way you do/would.
