@ysjagan @AudimulapSuresh @peddireddyysrcp @IPR_AP Date of notification is cut-off to follow the UGC rules. UGC rules are amended in 2019 . Our notification given in 2017. UGC clearly mentioned that new rules applicable from date of amendment. Not for before notifications. 🙏🙏
