It's advised to place a stop-loss close to any identified support level to manage risk in case the trade doesn't go as anticipated.
This set-up can occur on any timeframes (daily, weekly, monthly, hourly, or 15-minute charts) and can be observed in stocks, indexes, and currencies. When the price candle reclaims both moving averages after this occurrence, it presents a buying opportunity.
(3) A running moving average set-up occurs when the price is in an uptrend, and the 20 EMA is above 50 EMA. If, for any reason, the price drops below both of these moving averages, but the 20 EMA remains above 50 EMA, it's considered a running moving average correction set-up.
If the price goes above the 50 EMA, it could be a sign to buy. But to be safe, set a "stop-loss" just below the 200 EMA to protect your money in case things don't go as expected.
They are neither decisively bullish nor bearish at this particular juncture. When you see this, it's a good idea to wait for the price to clearly go up or down before making a decision.
(2) When price candles are moving back and forth within the range defined by the 50 and 200 EMA (Exponential Moving Averages), it's referred to as a "moving average sandwich." This "sandwich" situation essentially reflects a sense of uncertainty among market participants.
If 4 out of 5 moving averages meet these criteria, it qualifies as a successful moving average squeeze setup. Buy signal: Go long on the breakout, placing your stop loss below key moving averages.
(1) Spot 5 moving averages converging, esp. 5-10-20-50-100 EMA - a sign of momentum building for a rally. However, each moving average should not have more than a 1-2% distance from one another, or it's an invalid squeeze setup.
1000 point correction possible in January. Although VIX has cooled off but fresh longs missing at the top. This is how you can play short in Nifty. Read on for our Macro Technical views: #NiftyPathfinder by Rahul Sharma from JM Financial

There is a 61% chance that Nifty takes support around 19500 intraday and around 80% chance of a reversal if we don't break 19,600 on closing basis. Read on for our macro technical views: #NiftyPathfinder by Rahul Sharma from JM Financial
