What a fraud @AliExpress_EN purchase protection is. I never received an item & tracking proves that but they won't refund me as I have no other evidence it never arrived. How insane. Of course there is no evidence as nothing arrived. Tracking proves that. Damn crooks.

Disgusting incompetence from @DHLGlobal a @Blackmagic_News camera died on my movie shoot & the return labels DHL sent me were not acceptable to DHL & instead of replying to an email I sent, they returned it to me without telling me. So incompetent. So extra days filming screwed
Sadly, my new movie's shooting style is taking a hit since my @Blackmagic_News camera died on me with less than 20 hours filmed on it. I've been shooting 3 cameras to maximise the acting but that is now screwed while I send this one back.
