The DAShED study is now published. A really important piece of work looking at the true undifferentiated population of ED patients in whom we Emergency Physicians need to consider Acute Aortic Syndrome/Aortic Dissection, a population that has never been studied before

Many EDs were overcrowded and understaffed last week, and will be next week. The real problems in urgent and emergency care are longstanding, structural, and the result of policy choices. Attempts to distract from this fact are unhelpful in the long run. #ResuscitateEmergencyCare

As we launch our General Election Manifesto: #ResuscitateEmergencyCare we highlight the shocking reality that almost 400,000 ppl waited 24 hours or more in A&Es last year One of the many reasons the next @GovUK must commit to #ResuscitateEmergencyCare for clinicians & the public
