Ryan and I started working together in Feburary. It's been a pleasure to see his work ethic over the last few months as he trains for college and club. Proud of his leadership and groeth as he helped Void to their best regional finish since 2003.

🚨UPDATE🚨 We have moved the WNB Advanced Skills Clinic sessions to the afternoon on 5/5 so they won't overlap with Moontower's closed tryouts.
Registration is now open for the WNB Advanced Skills Clinic with @PrushanDS The clinic is 90 min, $20, and capped at 15 athletes in each session. We are taking requests for skills participants would like to work on. If there is enough interest additional clinics will be added!
February clinics are coming up next weekend! We've got Backhand Hucks (pada.org/e/prushan-disc…) on 2/24 10 - 11:30 AM and our Women-Matching Throwing on 2/25 3 - 5 PM (pada.org/e/pds-clinic-w…). Registration and more info in the links!

And that's a wrap! Just coached 9 of the last 11 days and it was fantastic. Taught ulti to Middle Schoolers at @PADAorg PHLY Camp, helped some @farmshowulti w/ throwing, did some visualization work, and a bunch of @phillyyflight coaching!
I have my first elite program athlete! What does that mean? I've built out a custom warmup and curriculum that we are going to tackle once a week for the next 12 weeks. First session? Pulling. I'll just let them speak for themselves 1 week after session:
