Brick by brick, our MHS Construction Pathway students are building the future they want to see. They placed 3rd in the AGC Skills Challenge, impressing local employers with their carpentry, plumbing, masonry, & electrical skills. Drop a 💙 to congratulate our Blue Devils!

We celebrated Bus Driver Appreciation Week last week which culminated with the 1st MCS Transportation Family Fall Festival. Our Transportation Dept. is the absolute best. If you need proof about what climate and culture can do for an organization, they are the gold-standard.

Many of those same faces gathered on Saturday to witness the unveiling of the plaque, marking a legacy that will live on. The building that produced successful doctors, lawyers, and educators will continue to inspire greatness for generations to come.

History is often forgotten or untold, but along Lemon Street, it is preserved forever. The faces and stories of those who cherish what was once Marietta’s only school for Black students helped secure its place on the National Historic Register. #Thread
