It’s not that he’s outright lied that is the worst here (that’s predictable), it’s the snake-like way he smiles as he proclaims we should be glad we’re getting *our* freedoms back. They were never theirs to take away, let alone give back *conditionally*. Sickening.
Please watch this video from these farmers who clearly explain inheritance tax (and the financial jeopardy to family farms) in a way that the Labour government completely fail to grasp - either by their own accidental incompetence or nefarious design.
Don’t worry, Nick. @maitlis and @jonsopel are so far adrift of where the majority of the public are. People know things have gone too far and think it’s outrageous. That pair wouldn’t lift a finger against tyranny.
