We have secured outline planning permission for five custom-build plots on behalf of our client. After working closely with the local authority, permission was granted under delegated powers for the site which lies outside the settlement boundaries.

We are delighted to receive a delegated approval for the re-use of this former care home site to provide a mix of new residential units. Through careful design, we will retain, upgrade/extend the buildings to provide high-quality, low-energy homes aimed at first time buyers

Lovely to see the detailing & material textures being expressed at one of our many Cambridge refurb projects. We can help you revitalise your home, make it more efficient & modernise your internal spaces without the need to demolish the embodied carbon that already exists

Works are progressing well at one of our Norfolk refurbishment projects. The building required a high level of intervention, with careful attention to detail we will ensure the charachter of the building is retained whilst meeting excellent thermal & energy requirements

Congratulations to the team for securing a delegated approval yesterday. The edge of village development was carefully considered with SCDC conservation & planning officers to ensure the proposals were sensitively designed to respect the conservation area & settlement boundaries

Great to see our 94-unit scheme on site and well underway. Now a 100% affordable, this will be a fantastic addition to the district of Huntingdonshire. Can't wait to see the stilted walkways complete and the public spaces open for access!

As a Practice we adopt many drawing mediums to help relay our ambitions to key stakeholders. This varies from CGI’s, BIM models and VR/AR, but one of our favourites is hand sketching. Visit our website to find out more piparchitecture.co.uk/visualisations

Fantastic result for the team, receiving planning permission for a brownfield redevelopment site in central Cambridge. The previously disused site will now provide accommodation for a flatted development of one and two-bedroom units
