Emphasis on “being educated.” She didn’t say “having more degrees”, she said educated. That can mean by reading, earning a certification, building a skill set or trade, etc. Education is just as important as looking good, to me.

Being educated makes you better (especially as a black woman). Not gonna argue. Do with that as you please.
