450 official rate that CBN didn't have liquidity to back? When the blackmarket was dictating the dollar price because it was obvious that the CBN didn't have dollars? When legitimate businesses couldn't get dollars from the I&E window and still had to buy from the blackmarket?

Nobody is being paid subsidy. There are no subsidy payments being made to NNPCL for imports. WHAT WILL 1 MONTH OF SUBSIDY payments have made? No difference whatsoever. Plus we were facing rising inflation even with the subsidy regime in place
