We are launching a Subtext campaign with @LockedOnPackers which gets you exclusive reports, unique stats, breakdowns, and in-game thoughts. Plus 1-on-1 with me joinsubtext.com/lockedonpackers It's stuff like this: my pre-draft scouting report on Jayden Reed sent right to your phone
Packers got called for this against the 49ers in the playoffs too. It was bullshit then and remains bullshit to this very moment
Now I’m not saying ban the Tush Push. I’m saying make them run it from a LEGAL formation. The alignment that the Eagles get away with is actually insane. It’s why you don’t see other teams having success running the play.
Kenny Clark has taken a lot of heat this year for a lack of production, but he’s consistently eating 2 blockers. Over 70% of snaps, he’s seeing a double.
Gruden is immediately awesome at new media (the reason he’s not coaching are still pretty ugly).
Packers rookie Evan Williams has a chance to win Defensive Rookie of the Year, but wants to win a Super Bowl more. #LockedOnPackers #Packers @Peter_Bukowski @evan_williams32
Bears 30th in run defense DVOA. If he gets 18+ touches, he’s getting it Sunday.
Josh Jacobs has had 762 rushing yards and 128 receiving yards in 2024. He's 110 yards away from reaching 1,000 scrimmage yards for the Packers. It's week 11.
The Bears have played one top-10 offense by DVOA and it was injured Jayden Daniels. Cardinals are 11th and they scored 29. Packers are 5th.
First test for the Packers' red-zone offense coming out of the bye... The NFL's No. 1 ranked red zone defense Bears have allowed only 10 TDs on 27 red-zone trips in 2024. Can't afford penalties/drops in the scoring area Sunday.
It’s crazy the Bears went from a QB always in the lower left corner of all these charts to another QB who is always in the lower left corner of all these charts.
How bad has Caleb Williams been? In terms of accuracy and sack avoidance, it's the worst QB season in recent memory. Worse than any season from Zach Wilson, Bryce Young, or Justin Fields, as impossible as that may seem cc: @FantasyPtsData / @fball_insights
Talked about that last point a little today on @LockedOnPackers This is a top 5 offense overall, top 10 scoring offense, but a bad red zone team. A healthy Love can make this offense SCARY.
Excited to see how Jordan Love moves around with two healthy legs on Sunday. The LaFleur offense has so much QB movement baked into the calls, especially on run action. And Love made so many big plays off-schedule late last year, especially in the red zone.
I get wanting to emotionally guard your fan heart, but it's actually important to call out that the #Packers SHOULD beat the Bears ... it just doesn't mean they will. youtu.be/5CrsSgl60hY
Parker interviewed for the Packers DC job Jeff Hafley got. Was already seen as a rising star in the coaching ranks. Don't be surprised if he gets his DC shot this cycle.
One of the best young coaches in the NFL right now is Eagles DB coach Christian Parker. Has been instrumental in developing Patrick Surtain II and now Quinyon Mitchell, Reed Blankenship and Cooper DeJean. Will be a DC very soon.
Howie Roseman an every dayer wow
Every dayers will remember this was the guy I said would be worth trading up to get for the #Packers. He's been unbelievable.
Quinyon Mitchell aligned across from Terry McLaurin on 20 of 25 routes (80%), including 19 of 20 aligned wide (95%). Mitchell was not targeted on any of his coverage snaps against McLaurin and was targeted just once all night (0 receptions allowed). #WASvsPHI | #FlyEaglesFly
The NFL product is not bad, but dear sweet 8 lb 6 oz baby Jesus the officiating is horrible
Was so obviously true in college too
The packers were never ever going to draft him, but Nakobe Dean is so much better than Quay Walker
Huge game. One team wants to be an NFC contender. Another seems to have quit on the season. Act accordingly.
